Meet the Founder and Lead VA
Romano Remote was founded by Jazmyn Romanò, a Toronto-based entrepreneur with a passion for helping businesses operate more efficiently.
Like many small business owners, Jazmyn understands firsthand how quickly administrative tasks can take over a workday. Between emails, scheduling, document organization, and client communication, the operational side of running a business can easily become overwhelming even for the most organized professionals.
While building her own career and working closely with businesses, Jazmyn saw how common this challenge was. Many entrepreneurs and professionals were highly capable in their fields but were spending a large portion of their time managing routine tasks that, while necessary, did not require their full expertise.
Outside of her entrepreneurial endeavours, Jazmyn is currently completing a LL.b with the goal of being called to the Ontario Bar. She is a graduate of Durham College’s Paralegal and Advanced Law programs, and a Licensed Private Investigator within Ontario. She has professional experience in various scopes of law, administration, research assistance, and non-profit work.
In her personal life, Jazmyn is passionate about music, soccer, and literature. She shares her home with two cats named Scout and Eevee who, like many remote workers’ pets, occasionally supervise the workday.
